MOBILE Dewatering systems
In all industry sectors where a filter press can be installed, there has always been a requirement for a mobile unit. Wastewater Filtration Systems are proud to introduce The Cube, from Matec into the NZ market. An ambitious project lead by Matteo Goich and Massimo Bertolucci, the two founders of Matec.
This system us easy to install and is ready to work once it arrives on site.
THE CUBE
The cube consists of one or more containers depending on the size of the filter press/presses. The machine is placed inside of the container and lifted to allow a screw conveyor beneath which is used for taking away the dry filter cake from the press.
The top and sides of the container are covered by specially designed tarpaulins to protect the cube from the elements:
- One container for the filter press and screw conveyor
- One container for the bifang, homogenizer tank for the slurry to be treated by the filter press.
- One container for the clean water overflowing from the silo.
- One container for the clean water necessary to the flocculant preparation.
- One container which contains a small control station and the bifloc, the plant for flocculant preparation and dosing.

THE CUBE
The cube consists of one or more containers depending on the size of the filter press/presses. The machine is placed inside of the container and lifted to allow a screw conveyor beneath which is used for taking away the dry filter cake from the press.
The top and sides of the container are covered by specially designed tarpaulins to protect the cube from the elements:
- One container for the filter press and screw conveyor
- One container for the bifang, homogenizer tank for the slurry to be treated by the filter press.
